Throughout his career, Jay has advised municipalities, public agencies, developers, business owners, and investors on complex transactions involving capital formation, redevelopment, infrastructure, and economic growth initiatives.

He is the author of You’re Not Broke, You’re Broken, exploring behavioral finance, financial decision-making, and wealth creation.
